Key responsibilities include managing property maintenance, coordinating homeowner relations, handling association meetings, and overseeing budgeting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience in property management.
