Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of property management experience, with a proven track record of success and loyalty.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing team.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Yardi Voyager a plus.

Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple luxury communities.
Manage a range of stunning properties — from chic urban buildings to peaceful suburban communities.
Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff to deliver exceptional service to our residents.
Financial Management: Take ownership of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to optimize property performance.
