About The Position

Property Manager manages multiple Sober Living Environment (SLE) units in 2 separate counties. Requirements include collecting program fees, program participant intakes, monitoring participant agreements and house rules, monitoring and communicating facility maintenance needs. Helping participants follow a covenant of sobriety on premises and responsibility to their fellow tenants. Use Social Model guidelines, as appropriate. Communicating effectively with residents, health, and housing professionals.

Requirements

• AA plus one year experience or 3 years of experience in Property Management
• Adult and Child First Aid and CPR certified
• If in recovery, minimum of two years of sobriety; or 1 year of sobriety and direct experience working with people with alcohol and/or drug addictions
• Employees will be required to be fingerprinted, screened for TB, and will be subject to clearance by the Department of Justice
