This role is ideal for an action and detail-oriented, organized, punctual and friendly individual that would enjoy being part of a fun and hardworking team. The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing a small portfolio of business tenants, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, positive tenant relationships, and well maintained facilities. This role combines property management with hands on maintenance work to keep buildings, interiors, and grounds at the dealership in excellent condition. Anderson Auto Group is on the move with growth, and we are seeking a full-time Property Manager & Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the team. We’re a local, family-owned business that began in Nebraska over 40 years ago. Anderson Auto Group consists of nine retail locations in Nebraska and Missouri.

Requirements

As part of our application process, all applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be authorized to work in the U.S.
A valid driver’s license is also required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing questions, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
Manage lease compliance, coordinate renewals, and support tenant movein/moveout activities.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
Perform facilities maintenance and repairs for the dealership, including: Wall and floor covering installation and repair, Lighting maintenance and basic electrical troubleshooting, Siding repair and replacement, Stonework and exterior building upkeep, Drywall installation, patching, and finishing, Landscaping, grounds maintenance, and seasonal exterior care
Coordinate with outside vendors when specialized work is required.
Ability to maintain a clean environment while painting customer facing areas.
Maintain maintenance logs, supply inventories, and repair documentation.
Oversee and coordinate qualified local vendors to perform required fire sprinkler riser and water vacuum inspections, testing, and repairs. Including alarms for fire sprinkler systems.
Other relatable skills that would be utilized in a commercial maintenance role.
