We are seeking summer interns to join our growing team! As a Summer Intern, you will support the day-to-day operations of a real estate leasing office while gaining hands-on experience in property management and leasing.
Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: You may be involved in responding to inquiries from potential tenants, giving them information about available properties, scheduling property viewings, and assisting with the application process.
- Administrative Tasks: This could include drafting and distributing leasing documents, such as rental agreements and lease addendums, as well as organizing and maintaining records related to tenant applications, leases, and property maintenance.
- Learning Opportunities: Internships often provide valuable learning experiences, so you may have the chance to shadow leasing agents, attend training sessions, and participate in meetings to gain a better understanding of the real estate industry and the leasing process.
- Overall, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of property management and leasing, while also contributing to the day-to-day operations of a real estate leasing office.
