We’re looking for a Customer Care Intern in New York City to help keep our houses running smoothly and our members taken care of. This is a hands-on role; part customer service, part operations. You’ll manage member requests, help coordinate maintenance, and jump on-site when needed to see things firsthand. Always staying cool calm and collected.
