About The Position
Greystar's property management internship role provides an opportunity for students currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year college or undergraduate degree program interested in a career in the real estate industry. Interns will gain practical experience in all areas of on-site residential property management. The internship is a rotational program onsite at a Greystar-managed property, where interns learn and perform critical job duties of the various onsite-level positions. The Onsite Summer Internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of multifamily real estate. Over the course of 10 weeks, you'll work alongside industry professionals, learning the ins and outs of property management, customer service, and sales. By the end of the program, you'll have a comprehensive understanding of the leasing process and be well-prepared for a successful career in real estate.
