About The Position

The Field Coordinator provides general support to the Property Management Department in the care of a portfolio of privately-owned vacation rental homes and condominiums managed by Sunriver Resort. S/he will provide a variety of duties in the day-to-day care and coordination of services for each home. The Field Coordinator will work to ensure owner and guest satisfaction while balancing the need to achieve good financial results for Sunriver Resort. The Field Coordinator will always conduct him/herself in manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Commitment, and Open and Honest Communication. The Field Coordinator shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture as well as promoting Sunriver Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!

Requirements

  • EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance of privately-owned homes or condominiums, preferably in a resort or vacation destination.
  • JOB REQUIRMENTS: Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards
  • Must use personal vehicle and submit monthly for mileage reimbursement
  • Must have excellent listening skills
  • Must always ensure a teamwork environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the guests and associates
  • WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally.
  • Must be able to work indoors or outside
  • Must be able to stand on feet throughout the day

Responsibilities

  • Identify needed or missing inventory items in managed properties, procure and install items and bill to owner per company policies
  • Assist Property Managers with owner arrival inspections
  • Coordinate outside vendors to perform services/repairs
  • Document any guest damage, and work promptly with Property Managers to collect from guest for any damages or file appropriate damage insurance claim
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships and serves and an advocate for all owners on the management program
  • Complete annual evaluations on designated properties, identifying strengths and weaknesses, work with Property Managers to communicate all results to owners
  • Work with Property Managers to coordinate interior maintenance and unit improvement programs
  • Maintains organized records of all unit inventories
  • Assist in staging homes for professional photography
  • Assist with capturing Matterport 3D tours for unit listings
  • Occasionally assist Homes Housekeeping Department with property lock ups, stripping & stocking, bed making, and other duties as assigned
  • Attends all appropriate department, division and resort meetings, with particular emphasis on strong communication and positive relationships with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations and Front Desk staff members.
  • Offers warm and sincere welcome/farewell for all guests of Sunriver Resort including use of guest name & good eye contact with each guest
