About The Position

The employee will manage a portfolio of four industrial properties located in the Utah County area.

Requirements

  • 3 years of property management or related office management experience
  • Basic accounting knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in real estate and property management
  • Experience in reconciliation and administrative support
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks for assigned staff, including phone support, drafting, preparation, and distribution of correspondence, expense reporting, calendar and scheduling, meeting coordination, filing, and copying.
  • Maintain tenant, vendor, and property files, including insurance certificates and lease abstracts, in accordance with prescribed standards.
  • Work with Building Technician staff and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items, open work orders, and coordinate and monitor the status of work assigned to vendors.
  • Prepare internal lease administration documents such as lease abstracts as directed and assist in lease administration activities, including lease setup, lease changes, and reporting.
  • Code invoices for payment, input into the accounting system, and forward original invoices to accounting for payment. Prepare accounts receivable status worksheets and reconcile accounts receivable.
