What You'll Be Doing: Perform daily repairs and maintenance across two well-maintained apartment complexes Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances Prepare units for new residents (turns) Maintain grounds, common areas, and building exteriors Work with a tight-knit team and help manage vendor relationships Respond to emergency maintenance calls (rotating on-call schedule) Why You'll Love This Role: Two properties, one exciting challenge – No two days are the same!
