Learn more about us at: https://www.montechristocommunities.com/join-our-team/ What you will do Support a mobile home park in San Jose Perform landscaping, plumbing, sewer, and electrical tasks to support daily and weekly property maintenance Replace work currently completed by outside vendors by taking full ownership of on-site maintenance needs Open clogged drains, fix leaks, address sewer issues, dig trenches and perform other similar plumbing jobs. Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and complete other yard work including leaf and debris removal. Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and plumbing systems, which may require digging to reach water and sewer lines Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required. Clean homes to prepare for sale. Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, replace fuses, meter repairs, and other similar electrical tasks. Perform simple carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks and repairing steps, rails and fencing. Complete basic groundskeeping tasks including but not limited to picking up trash and debris and cleaning common areas. Assist with loading or unloading trucks and moving furniture when needed.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain grounds, landscape, and perform light maintenance
- Ability to respond to after hour emergencies.
- Ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds.
- Plumbing, electrical, and sewage systems experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
