As a Property Maintenance/Handyman Technician, you are a key team member supporting the work of field operations. Your efforts contribute to the day-to-day contract operations of Rainbow Restoration and T.L. Reese Properties. Requirements

We are a 24-hour emergency service company, and all team members are required to be on-call and respond when needed
Valid Driver's License
Excellent communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and personality
Team player who can work independently
Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
Willing to train supporting team members (stewardship)
Career minded mentality planning for future positions/ownership, not just looking for a job for today.

Responsibilities

Driving company vehicles with or without trailers
Property maintenance
Flooring installation (Vinyl, Vinyl Plank)
Carpet & pad installation
Wood framing
Metal stud framing
Drywall installation (finishing, texturing, tape, mud, finish and sand)
Pre-hung door installation
Vinyl window installation
Cabinet installation
Finish caulking (trim, tops, etc)
Painting
Suspended ceiling systems installation
Door hardware installation (locksets, dead bolts, panic hardware)
Rubber roofing installation and maintenance
Plumbing fixture repair/replacement (toilet, tub, shower, faucet, drain, etc)
Electrical fixture repair/replacement (light, fan, outlets, switch, etc)
Construction projects
Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
Meet deadlines
Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
Ability to read and understand maps & directions
Work with a team
Possess or have the ability and willingness to learn and participate in performing: Residential/commercial vacant property clean outs
Commercial grass cutting & snow removal
Maintain company assets (equipment, vehicles, etc.) keeping them clean, properly maintained and fully stocked to be available at all times
Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required
Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties
