About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, hard-working Property Maintenance Laborer to assist with the upkeep, repair, and improvement of our residential rental community. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-functioning properties.
The right candidate will be mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and able to work outdoors in all seasons while supporting our maintenance and property management team.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Basic mechanical or construction knowledge preferred
• Experience in maintenance, labor, or trades is a plus
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow into higher-level maintenance tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform general property and grounds maintenance
• Assist with apartment turnovers and move-in/move-out preparation
• Support maintenance technicians with repairs and installations
• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, basements, and exterior grounds
• Handle trash removal, snow removal, and seasonal cleanup
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Assist with landscaping and exterior upkeep
• Ensure work areas are safe, clean, and organized
• Follow instructions from the maintenance supervisor and property manager
