The Property Maintenance Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing and executing day-to-day operations across all Dove Storage properties. This position is responsible for ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed on time, vendors are properly coordinated, and all operational activities are documented and followed through to completion. This role is based out of our Great Neck, NY office and serves as the central point of coordination between on-site maintenance managers, third-party vendors, and internal team members — including a remote operations employee.
