About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated individual to maintain landscaping and perform routine property maintenance on a large residential acreage and company-owned properties. This position requires discretion and professionalism, as some work will be performed at private residences. Primary Responsibilities Grounds & Landscaping Mowing, trimming, and fertilizing lawns Operating a small garden tractor for lawn maintenance Operating a farm tractor (50HP) for mowing larger fields Shrub and tree trimming Yard debris cleanup Irrigation system maintenance, movement and sprinkler repair General seasonal landscaping upkeep Carpentry & General Maintenance Basic carpentry using hand tools Building and maintaining small to mid-size structures Routine property repairs and upkeep Additional Duties Digging ditches and performing manual labor Spreading bark, gravel, and other materials Safely operating a chainsaw Working independently from written instructions Maintaining tools and equipment Why Join Our Team?
