About The Position

Apartment communities in Saco, Biddeford, and Old Orchard Beach seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All members of the maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call calendar. BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES: repairs to appliances and fixtures patch holes in walls paint building interiors clean vacant units and interior spaces miscellaneous carpentry repairs change locks grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal

Requirements

• A clean drivers license is a necessity.
