The Property Financial Supervisor serves as the primary leader and subject-matter expert for the Financial Specialist team. They provide direction, oversight, and support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end financial processes for Property Financial Specialists ensuring consistency, accuracy, compliance, and continuity of financial operations across the portfolio. This role acts as the bridge between Property Financial Specialists, Regional Management and Support Teams. Your efforts with rent collection and managing delinquencies will directly impact the financial objectives of the property.
