About The Position
Arch’s summer internship program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in the insurance industry. It provides a learning experience that serves as a foundation for interns to explore their career choices and to develop professional skills. Working alongside some of the most talented members of the specialty insurance industry, interns will gain relevant expertise in various aspects of the field. The program is designed with the following objectives: Provide challenging work that benefits both the intern and Arch. Develop interns through learning activities and ongoing feedback. Identify talented individuals for full-time opportunities.
Requirements
- Actively completing a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Risk Management, Marketing, Business or related field of study.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Current college students actively enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- Entrepreneurial spirit along with the desire to be a continuous learner.
- Team player who collaborates effectively.
- Self-starter who can work independently and deal effectively with multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment.
