Evaluates initial claims for completeness, processes payments and contacts the customer to explain settlements. Escalates problems to resolve any coverage issues or damage disputes. Works with moderate supervision to deliver high-quality property claims service to customers through multiple communication channels. The Property Desk Adjuster is responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and resolving low to moderately complex property claims, issuing payments, and clearly explaining claim decisions to customers. This role ensures compliance with policy provisions, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements while escalating complex coverage questions, damage disputes, or exceptions as appropriate.
