The Account Manager oversees the day‑to‑day service needs of an assigned book of business, supporting client requirements and ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery. This role works closely with a Producer or Account Executive who holds overall responsibility for service, placement, and business development. The Account Manager manages substantial system activity, maintains strong communication with clients via email and phone, and upholds corporate standards, processes, and data integrity within the system of record. As a key member of the client team, the Account Manager also provides direction to third‑party vendors involved in servicing the account, ensuring coordinated and effective support.
