About The Position

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Property Book Administrator (PBA) to manage property accountability and inventory control for DoD programs. The PBA will serve as an expert in equipment management, warehousing, and property control, ensuring compliance with regulations and accurate tracking of DoD assets. Key Responsibilities: Serve as an Inventory Management Specialist and Item Manager, focusing on demand planning and statistical analysis to support materiel management. Manage equipment, inventory control, property accountability, warehousing, acquisition, quality control, receiving, shipping, assembly, packaging, and transportation activities. Operate and update computerized logistics and supply systems, including GCSS-Army, PIEE, DPAS, and AESIP. Plan, coordinate, and conduct equipment use projects, developing project plans, procedures, and identifying long- and short-term goals. Participate in and/or lead audit teams to inspect equipment and operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. Provide accurate reporting and recommendations to improve property management processes.

Requirements

  • Education: BA/BS from an accredited college or university in Business or related field. Four additional years of direct relevant experience (total of eight years) may substitute for the degree requirement.
  • Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in property management or logistics operations.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), and AESIP (Army Enterprise System Integration Program).
  • Requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance
