About The Position
The Propane Service Technician is primarily responsible for the following functions: Installs propane equipment for new customers. Performs service calls and preventative maintenance on existing systems. Performs propane deliveries as necessary. Responds to emergency calls as needed. Completes system inspections, repairs, and tests. Provides mentorship and guidance to Apprentices and Helpers. Performs other similar duties as required.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Current EPA license
- Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire Gas Fitters License and/or New Hampshire Gas Fitters License
- Ability to work extended hours as necessary, especially during peak demand seasons
Nice To Haves
- CDL A or B with HazMat/Tanker endorsements
- CETP training
- Crane experience
- Prior experience working for a fuel company
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
