JOB SPECIFICS: Busy urgent care practice seeks a Family, Urgent or Emergency Medicine physician to serve our well-established practice with a growing patient base in the twin cities of Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. The practice currently sees patients at three (3) office locations which are only a few miles apart. Practice model includes a combination of APP's and physicians with two providers staffing each location daily. Prompt care clinic hours are Mon-Friday, 8am - 8pm with weekend and holiday rotations between the three office locations. A typical shift would be twelve hours, three times a week. There are also opportunities to work extra shifts for additional pay if desired. Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
