Responsible for coordinating the end-to-end setup, execution, and performance tracking of complex promotions and customer loyalty programs across channels. This role partners closely with marketing, merchandising, technology, analytics, and field teams to ensure every offer is configured accurately, launches on time, and delivers measurable results.
