About The Position

As a Promotional Products General Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while overseeing the end-to-end process of promotional product campaigns. This position requires a combination of project management skills and understanding of promotional products and branding. You will collaborate with clients to understand their promotional needs, recommend suitable products, coordinate production, and ensure timely delivery. Your goal is to exceed client expectations, drive sales, and contribute to the overall success of the promotional products division.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of promotional products, branding, and marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage promotional team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Prior experience sourcing promotional products.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SAGE, ASI and / or Syncore platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and brand identity to provide tailored promotional product solutions.
  • Product Knowledge and Consultation:
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and branding strategies.
  • Consult with clients to recommend the most suitable promotional products based on their goals and target audience.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of promotional product campaigns, from initial client consultation to product delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including hospitality, sales, design, production, and logistics.
  • Manage domestic and overseas vendor relationships
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for product offerings and improvements.
