About The Position

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environment
  • Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skill with high attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, resources and schedules
  • Flexibility to handle an ever-changing scope of assignments and projects

Nice To Haves

  • Any experience in Merchandising department
  • Knowledge of Kroger Category Management systems
  • Knowledge of Kroger mainframe applications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain written correspondence to divisions on promo plan, including updates as necessary
  • Create and maintain reports (daily, monthly and quarterly)
  • Communicate promotional plan with divisions, regional teams, category managers, Replenishment and other teams
  • Provide support to Promo Planning team
  • Provide back-up support to the department
  • Provide administrative support (e.g., making travel arrangements, scheduling, ordering supplies, etc.)
  • Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
