Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current college student – business management student or construction trades student preferred
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Good time management skills
- Organized student with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Drug screening and Breath Analyzer Test
- Non-disclosure agreement
- Candidates must have current work authorization in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities
- Fill out estimate sheets
- Assist with proposal writing
- Assist with vendor and sub-contractor cost efforts
- Assist with plan review
- Perform spec verification searches
- Provide Fabrication budget support
- Support in turnover with internal Project Management team
- Perform job walks on current projects and potential projects.
