Provides technical, administrative, and operational management to assigned projects or task(s), including contract and subcontractor management Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting Understanding of company strategic goals and how they align to business operations Experience with business and project strategies to support proposal/Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) development, and work transition efforts May perform high level technical services on assigned tasks Maintains knowledge of relevant Metrology/PMEL techniques and Calibration laboratory practices Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload Sustain organizational structures using effective people management, administrative and organizational skills Attends customer meetings and may serve as client liaison Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff and stakeholders Coordinates development of deliverables and products Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables and manages risk tracking process Direct reports are typically exempt and often include other people managers Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Effective customer service skills to anticipate and mitigate customer challenges Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite and familiarity of Fluke MET/Team, Fluke MET/CAL, and Keysight TME Familiar with American National Standards for Calibration including ANSI/NCSL Z540, ANS/ISO/IEC 17025 Participates in special projects as required. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
  • Experience: 10 + years of related experience
  • Technical skills: metrology techniques, metrology software, and laboratory calibration of various TMDE assets
  • Security clearance level: TS/SCI with polygraph
  • US citizenship required
  • Role requirements: Part time / Onsite

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical, administrative, and operational management to assigned projects or task(s), including contract and subcontractor management
