Requirements
- A four-year college degree is preferred, majoring in Business Administration or related field.
- 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires some managerial oversight/direction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable quantitative and analytical skills
- Previous experience utilizing basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
- Demonstrate a high level of personal initiative and ability to interact with stakeholders positively and collaboratively.
- Demonstrate a high level of skill in Microsoft Excel.
- Must be in Long Island or Queens County
Nice To Haves
- Microsoft Project experience is a plus, as is prior work on a federally funded projects
Responsibilities
- Assist with oversight of material reconciliation process
- Provide project-based assistance and support to the FEMA Team
- Anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately
- Utilize SAP to: Record Data Update New/Current Information Update Work Orders Track Schedules and export into Excel
