We are looking for a Project Support Specialist to join our Field Service Operations team. This role provides essential administrative, logistical, and coordination support to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with teams across the U.S. and Canada, this position helps drive accuracy, communication, and operational efficiency throughout the full lifecycle of each project. Why This Role Matters Our Field Service teams depend heavily on accurate data, clear documentation, and seamless coordination to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Project Support Specialist ensures that materials, schedules, quotes, workflows, and system updates are all aligned—preventing delays and helping projects move toward successful completion. This role also directly supports SONIFI’s broader operational efficiency by maintaining key systems, ensuring inventory accuracy, enabling capitalization processes, and strengthening cross-team communication.
