We’re seeking an Project Support Specialist (PSS) for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with the assignment estimated to last 6 months. Reporting into the Client Services Center of Excellence, the Project Support Specialist is focused on providing administrative support to customer facing teams, specifically Blanchard Project Managers, and ensuring high quality task execution through Blanchard platform and process expertise, effective communication, customer service, planning, and support. The Project Support Specialist serves a key role in the delivery of Blanchard’s projects for clients and requires a keen attention to detail, the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage a multitude of tasks, consistent follow through, and cross-functional collaboration to move work forward to completion. The Project Support Specialist must be able to build trust with internal partners by consistently completing tasks in a timely fashion, with accuracy, and with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
