About The Position

As a Project Supervisor (PS) with Stratosphere Quality, you will lead teams that support our customers in manufacturing and production environments. You will be responsible for managing employees, overseeing quality inspection projects, and ensuring customer expectations are met.
Project Supervisors play a critical role in leading quality operations, supporting employees, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or quality inspection environments is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in fast-paced environments
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work at various customer sites in the region
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete reports
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods when required at project locations

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising quality inspection teams at customer sites
• Managing daily project operations and workflow
• Overseeing employee performance, attendance, and productivity
• Communicating directly with customers regarding project status and needs
• Ensuring quality standards and inspection procedures are followed
• Training and coaching new team members
• Managing schedules and coordinating staffing for projects
• Completing project documentation and reporting
• Troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to maintain project success
• Supporting safety, quality, and operational goals
