About The Position

The Project Superintendent is responsible to manage and decisively lead all
aspects of surface and underground operations, including environmental, health
and safety initiatives, supervisor and employee development, project management,
cost management and building a constructive and positive working relationship
with peers. The Project Superintendent will oversee an experienced team of
supervisors and work crews, build, and maintain high performing teams with
comprehensive mentorship and leadership across the work group, whilst ensuring
all teams operate with the highest regard to safety.
