Requirements

  • BS/BA preferred
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a Marketing or Commercial team in the medical device / healthcare industry a plus
  • Proficient with event planning and execution
  • Skilled user of Excel, PowerPoint with the ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working/communicating with Healthcare Professionals a plus
  • Proactive individual with a positive attitude; motivated to grow with the team

Responsibilities

  • Support logistics and execution of healthcare providers (HCP's) educational programs, including communication with internal sales teams and third party vendors
  • Manage educational program logistics including inventory management, monitoring, approving and ordering all product/collateral, restocking supplies
  • Support Educational Program Payment Process including pre-approvals, submission and final payment submission
  • Create bi-weekly bulletin for Advanced Surgery
  • Support logistics for the Speaker’s Review Committee such as monitoring of requests, coordinating Review Committee meetings, gathering all appropriate documentation and communicating with field on status of submission
  • Support team with monthly submission of KPI data.
  • Manage and monitor Sales Force (SFDC) registrations and follow-up campaigns
  • Closely partner with US colleagues across various functional areas
