What you will do As a Project Specialist, you will serve as the customer-facing technical expert across our products and solutions. You will partner with internal teams to execute customer deliverables. These responsibilities include coordinating timelines, managing requests, and ensuring all projects are meeting or exceeding the established metrics for contract, deadline, and quality standards. You will attend customer calls, provide regular updates to customers and internal teams, and work collaboratively to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Technical aptitude for learning new software and systems

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare experience is a plus
