About The Position

WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is a project solutions organization committed to implementing lean constructions, collaborative contracting, and execution approaches to enable breakthroughs in performance. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Site Manager / Superintendent to be part of our team in West Lafayette, IN, beginning onsite at the project in February 2026. The Semiconductor Construction Project Site Manager is responsible for overall on-site leadership and execution of a greenfield semiconductor facility project—from site development and early works through vertical construction, systems installation, commissioning, and turnover. This role provides single-point field leadership to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved while coordinating multiple contractors, trades, and stakeholders in a highly complex, fast-paced environment. The Site Manager plays a critical role in translating the owner’s vision and project strategy into successful field execution while maintaining strict compliance with semiconductor industry standards. Local Candidates Highly Preferred. A relocation package may be available for outstanding candidates. Per-Diem is not available for this role. Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects, with significant time on greenfield sites.
  • Proven experience on semiconductor, data center, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing facilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership of multi-billion-dollar or multi-phase construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of CSA, MEP, process systems, and cleanroom construction.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor construction sequencing and tool install interfaces.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, building codes, FM Global, and semiconductor facility standards.
  • Prior experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager on a semiconductor fab.
  • Experience with fast-track, design-build, or EPC delivery models.
  • Strong background in modular construction and offsite manufacturing.
  • OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification.
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity, risk, and aggressive schedules.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proactive problem solver with a field-first mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture or engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience in the field will be considered in lieu of formal education.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior on-site oversite for construction activities on a greenfield semiconductor project.
  • Establish site organization, communication protocols, and execution standards.
  • Oversee general contractors, trade partners, subcontractors, and vendor teams.
  • Represent the project in site meetings with owners, engineers, AHJs, and third-party inspectors.
  • Oversee land development, earthwork, grading, utilities, and site infrastructure.
  • Coordinate geotechnical, civil, and environmental activities to support early construction milestones.
  • Ensure site access, laydown areas, logistics routes, and temporary facilities are planned and executed effectively.
  • Manage interfaces between site development and vertical construction.
  • Direct execution of CSA, MEP, process systems, cleanroom, and support for future tool installation activities.
  • Manage sequencing and integration of multiple workstreams in a dense, highly coordinated environment.
  • Ensure adherence to construction schedules, milestone dates, and critical path activities.
  • Resolve field conflicts and constructability challenges proactively.
  • Establish and enforce a strong site-wide safety culture with a focus on zero incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and owner safety requirements.
  • Ensure implementation of QA/QC programs across all disciplines.
  • Support cleanroom, process, and system readiness requirements.
  • Monitor construction progress against master schedule and phase milestones.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and enforce contract requirements.
  • Support early trade engagement, design-assist efforts, and constructability reviews.
  • Oversee site logistics, crane operations, material flow, and just-in-time delivery.
  • Manage congestion, access control, and phased turnover of buildings and areas.
  • Coordinate offsite fabrication and modular delivery integration.
  • Support system completion, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
