About The Position

Our Lafayette Auto Supply Warehouse in Lafayette, IN is currently seeking hardworking individuals to join our team. We are accepting applications for a full‑time Warehouse Associate position. This is a fast‑paced, high‑energy role that requires someone who can stay on their feet for extended periods, work with accuracy, and maintain a strong, self‑disciplined work ethic. This is a physical position with frequent walking, stairs, and lifting. Must live within a reasonable distance. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for gathering customer orders, packaging them properly for shipment, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Attention to detail is essential. This position may also include making deliveries when needed.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must have had valid license for a minimum of 2 years
• No major violations
• No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, and in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age.
• No more than one at-fault accident
• Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
• Pass Background check & Drug Screen
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull customer orders
• Properly and securely package products for shipment into totes and onto pallets
• Load and unload delivery trucks
• Make deliveries when needed
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Operate handheld scanners
• Inspect products for accuracy and quality
• Prepare parts for warehouse locations and company stores
• Lift, stack, wrap, and secure parts for transfer or shipment
• Stand for long periods and perform moderate lifting
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Receive stock orders
• Stock shelves
• Pull part orders from warehouse shelving
• Perform other duties as assigned; must be open to learning various tasks
