About The Position
The Project Services Manager is responsible for leading project services team in all aspects of projects to ensure excellence in execution. Ensure safe, accurate, on-time delivery of project deliverables. Manage daily activities and schedule of project team members. Advise management on contractual and business matters related to projects and subcontractors. Ensure Schlumberger change leadership framework is used for change management and controls. Participate in recruiting, talent management and mentoring of project team. Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs. Assist with preparation of the final project close-out report.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field
Nice To Haves
- Professional certification such as AACE CCP, PSP, or PMI-SP
- Experience with Primavera P6 and advanced Excel / Power BI reporting tools
