Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in project management, energy efficiency, or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of energy efficiency solutions, including benchmarking, retro-commissioning, and renewable energy projects.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organization.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with clients effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis platforms related to energy management.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage energy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to develop project timelines, scope, and objectives.
Track project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure smooth execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for existing energy efficiency clients.
Educate clients on additional energy efficiency services and drive adoption of new solutions.
Conduct on-site visits for energy audits, retro-commissioning assessments, and project evaluations.
