About The Position

In this role, you will engage with businesses at various levels to design and implement Global Business Support (GBS) projects. Your proactive approach will provide oversight and guidance to ensure support operations align with business needs. You will also focus on enhancing GBS efficiencies and automation, making a significant impact on the organization's operational success.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited University; technical field preferred.
B2+ fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
5+ years of project management or consulting experience.
At least 2 years of technical or operational experience in a relevant field.
Experience with IT data and systems is a plus.
Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to analyze and report data.

Responsibilities

Establish strong alliances with GBS operations centers and business lines.
Collaborate with global and local managers to set up remote staff support.
Develop and document new workflows and training materials for GBS teams.
Ensure compliance with Affiliate regulatory requirements during implementations.
Coordinate resources for effective plan management.
Monitor timelines and post-implementation success.
Track GBS performance via KPIs and provide troubleshooting support.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, especially through IT and automation.
