About The Position

Nourison Hospitality is seeking a service-driven Project Services Coordinator (PSC) to support custom carpet and rug projects within our hospitality division. This role is essential to delivering a seamless, high-touch customer experience and serves as a key liaison between outside sales representatives, internal design and planning teams, and hospitality clients. The PSC provides comprehensive project support, from proposal preparation and order entry to production tracking and logistics coordination, ensuring projects are managed accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates proactively, and takes pride in delivering elevated service at every stage of the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, project services, or client support roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong time-management capabilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional, solution-driven approach
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project support between sales representatives, internal teams, and customer accounts
  • Prepare proposals, process orders, and manage documentation for custom carpet and rug projects
  • Track production schedules and monitor freight and logistics to support on-time delivery
  • Proactively assess customer needs and provide timely, solution-oriented support
  • Build strong, professional relationships through clear, responsive communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate systems and tools
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, following through to completion
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and project details
  • Adhere to internal communication standards, procedures, and policies
  • Take initiative to anticipate needs and support sales and customer success
