Although they will not be physically performing the work, they will be customers liaison during the production process to ensure that the customer is receiving the proper expectations and care. Requirements

  • Prior Experience scheduling work or appointments.
  • Proficient in mathematical calculations.
  • Consider yourself to be meticulously detail oriented
  • Have excellent customer service skills and authentically enjoy serving others
  • Are highly self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Have geographical knowledge of service areas or map reading skills
  • Are proficient in technology platforms
  • Are able to manage and execute multiple tasks at the same time
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Receiving new sold jobs from the Outside Sales team across all locations
  • Convert sold jobs and confirm all details and documents have been collected and input into the CRM platform
  • Contact each customer to facilitate initial invoice to collect a 50% deposit for each job
  • Manage scheduling the projects at the earliest available opening on the production calendar.
  • Assign appropriate team members from the sales and operations team to each job within central CRM platform
  • Inform customers of timeline and expectations for the jobs and connecting them to the assigned Operations Manager
