The Project Scheduler will support the company's Defense team by managing the resource planning and scheduling for long term, complex projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering (mechanical/manufacturing) related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as an engineer, program manager, or project scheduler.
• Experience in Primavera.
• Program Management Certification (PMP).
• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) experience.
• Comprehensive experience managing complex project schedules.

Nice To Haves

• 10+ years of combined technical and project-based experience.
• Military or defense industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated master schedule (IMS) in Primavera.
• Evaluate and perform resource analysis for complex projects.
• Enter data and create reports utilizing Power BI and SharePoint.
• Establish and maintain relationships with project team and client.
• Direct interface with customers.
• Perform confidential work with a high degree of integrity.
• Work cooperatively within an integrated team.
