This position will support the Integrated Battlespace Simulation and Test (IBST) department by developing, maintaining, and analyzing multiple project schedules and reporting on project status and performance metrics.
Develop, maintain, and refine Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in MS Project utilizing program team input and project documentation including inputs and dependencies from master project/subproject integration.
Review or evaluate project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), contractor Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
Facilitate meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various project stakeholders.
Status schedules on a routine basis, identify, evaluate and present critical path analysis, and analyze schedule data to identify resource constraints and risks.
Format and present schedule information and data using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and OnePager Pro.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of scheduling fundamentals, including Critical Path Method, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Project
Ability to multitask and meet competing deliverable deadlines
Microsoft Office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree in technical, scientific, or business discipline and 3+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and reporting on project status and performance metrics OR Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and reporting on project status and performance metrics OR High School diploma and 9+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and reporting on project status and performance metrics.
At least 1 year of experience utilizing Microsoft Project to build and maintain project schedules
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.
