This position will support the Integrated Battlespace Simulation and Test (IBST) department by developing, maintaining, and analyzing multiple project schedules and reporting on project status and performance metrics.

  • Develop, maintain, and refine Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in MS Project utilizing program team input and project documentation including inputs and dependencies from master project/subproject integration.
  • Review or evaluate project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), contractor Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Facilitate meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various project stakeholders.
  • Status schedules on a routine basis, identify, evaluate and present critical path analysis, and analyze schedule data to identify resource constraints and risks.
  • Format and present schedule information and data using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and OnePager Pro.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of scheduling fundamentals, including Critical Path Method, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Project
  • Ability to multitask and meet competing deliverable deadlines
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in technical, scientific, or business discipline and 3+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and reporting on project status and performance metrics OR Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and reporting on project status and performance metrics OR High School diploma and 9+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and reporting on project status and performance metrics.
  • At least 1 year of experience utilizing Microsoft Project to build and maintain project schedules
  • This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • OnePager Pro proficiency or experience, preferred
  • Experience with Agile Methodology preferred
