We are seeking a motivated Project Scheduler Intern to support our project management team on large-scale mobility and infrastructure projects in Atlanta, GA. This internship is ideal for a student who has completed at least two years of college coursework in engineering or a related field and is interested in project scheduling and construction management within the design-build environment. As an intern you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on project scheduling experience on major design-build projects, exposure to mobility infrastructure and construction management, mentorship from experienced schedulers and engineers, and opportunities to develop technical skills and expand your Arcadis network.

Requirements

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Support schedule updates, progress tracking, and reporting for engineering design-build mobility projects.
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather schedule inputs and monitor milestones.
  • Help analyze schedule impacts due to delays or changes and assist in mitigation planning.
  • Participate in schedule review meetings and prepare summary reports.
  • Support documentation and filing of project schedules and related correspondence.
