About The Position

Project Sales Administrator As a Project Sales Administrator , you'll manage the full administrative lifecycle of our Access Solutions Projects - from managing client documentation to delivery logistics and customer support.

Requirements

  • Experience in Project Administration, sales support, or customer service
  • Highly organised and confident working across multiple platforms and departments
  • Can handle customer inquiries professionally and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • A Strong Communicator with a professional, positive attitude
  • Able to work independently but thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
  • Focused on the customer experience, accuracy and timely delivery

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience will be highly regarded

Responsibilities

  • Set up new projects: enter data, verify documents, create client files and maintain project tracking systems (e.g. SAP, Monday.com)
  • Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors and schedule installations
  • Prepare purchase orders, manage customer and subcontractor documentation (SWMNS, JSEAs. Etc.)
  • Maintain customer portals, ensure compliance and support Business Development Managers and project leads throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist in stock control and support ERP implementation activities
