Job Description The Project/Program Management Lead Consultant is accountable for independently leading all aspects of multiple complex programs or projects with a high level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies. Projects may span multiple functional areas and are of strategic importance to the organization. This role will drive cross-functional technology implementations across Claims lines of business. This role is heavy coordination across Business Architecture, Technology, and Claims Business SMEs to ensure readiness, alignment, and adoption of initiatives that will include platform and tool rollouts.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in program and project management, including end-to-end planning and execution.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and multiple workstreams across large-scale initiatives.
  • Experience leading strategic, enterprise-level projects with high complexity and impact.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and influence outcomes.
  • Expertise in risk management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to simplify complex issues and communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Skilled in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and customizing solutions for enterprise-level challenges.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in claims is a plus but not required

  • Manages high-complexity projects independently with no support or direction from others.
