About The Position

TeleSolv is seeking a Project/Program Analyst II to support a federal operations environment by providing mid‑level analytical, administrative, and program management support. This role assists with tracking budgets and schedules, preparing reports, supporting human resources activities, managing documentation, coordinating travel, and assisting with contract and agreements processing. All considered applicants must be local to Idaho Falls, Idaho as this is an onsite position. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for assigned tasks.
  • Associate's Degree + 5 years relevant experience; OR 7 years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field + 3 years relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting federal or regulated operations
  • Familiarity with program, project, or financial management processes
  • Experience coordinating documentation, records, or administrative workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and work independently.
  • Comfortable managing shifting priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Track project and program status, budgets, financials, schedules, and deliverables
  • Reconcile and validate data across internal systems
  • Prepare analytical reports, spreadsheets, presentation materials, and summaries
  • Support monthly/quarterly financial plan reviews and reporting cycles
  • Identify data discrepancies and assist with resolution
  • Support onboarding, separations, benefits guidance, and personnel action tracking
  • Maintain organizational materials including org charts and position description libraries
  • Update records, intranet content, and internal administrative documentation
  • Support award programs, employee service recognition, and wellness initiatives
  • Maintain and organize internal files and records
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining contract documentation
  • Prepare, route, and track correspondence and contract-related records
  • Support closeout activities for grants, cooperative agreements, and other awards
  • Assist with processing and tracking agreements and related funding activities
