The Project and Procurement Support (PPS) team, operating within NYCEDC’s Asset Management (AM) Division, plays a pivotal role in overseeing project support, procurement processes, contract management, and financial operations. The Project & Procurement Support Analyst will contribute to these functions by reviewing invoices, facilitating payments, drafting contract documents, assisting in procurement, monitoring compliance, providing administrative support to project managers, and coordinating with various departments. Asset Management (AM) manages NYCEDC’s 66 million square feet of real estate and programs in the city to help improve quality of life. AM develops and implements a double bottom line strategy that provides annual cash flow while creating good jobs and strengthening neighborhoods. AM Business Operations supports the execution of positive financial and public benefit outcomes for the AM Division through the development of internal processes, AM policies, data tools, and reporting, and the management of the division’s financial health. AM Project and Procurement Support (PPS) team works with Project Managers to process invoices, execute contract documents, track contract and project balances, assist with procurement process and ensure compliance requirements are met.
