About The Position

The Business Process and Program Management Intern at Teradata will support the Office of Program and Business Process Management by assisting in the organization and maturity of business processes related to strategic initiatives. This role involves shadowing professionals, learning about process redesign, and contributing to scalable solutions for complex business objectives. Interns will engage in training and mentoring opportunities to develop both technical and leadership skills while working in a fully virtual environment.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a BS/MS/PhD program with a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027.
• Major in Business Administration or a related technical field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Process Analysts and Program Management professionals in process redesign and program management.

• Engage in related projects as requested by team members.
• Utilize systems and data to support operational goals and outcomes through research.
• Learn to estimate costs and benefits and provide recommendations.
